The pervasive powers of fudge brownies should not be underestimated. Even Brussel sprouts can’t subdue its influence.
Luckily I like sprouts but the suggestion of fudge brownies for dessert is definitely a wonderful sweet course and as Fraz is eating his sprouts I think that we should have extra helpings of fudge brownies 🙂 Yipeeeeee
I agree!! We should have extra helpings of fudge brownies!!
And the next time we have brussel sprouts, you can have all mine for free!
How very kind of you Fraz and I will definitely take you up on that generous offer, now let’s eat the rest of these sprouts and then we can have some of those yummy fudge brownies 🙂
I’m eating them as fast as I can! Which isn’t really all that fast.
I HATE BRUSSEL SPROUTS!!!
I would even go without the fudge brownies to avoid the rotten little evil sprouts!!!
I hate them too, but the brownies make up for it.
My friend…you are too easy to be bribed!! you should stand up a little
I would, but the yumminess of brownies makes me weak!
Remember this is Fraz we’re talking about!
It’s hard to resist brownies.
No need to do that Tony I will have yours too 🙂 You just grab a nice helping of fudge brownies my friend, now how about that for being a nice outcome? 🙂
Can’t you just hide the brussel sprouts in the brownies?
I would, but Twink won’t give me the brownies until the brussel sprouts are gone! Maybe I can hide the sprouts in my ears!
Lucky I don’t know this sprout. it’s not a common sprout in my country 😉
Lucky you! Maybe I could move to your country!
Wait until you hear about gherkins
You mean like the pickles? I like pickles, but not with chocolate.
Why didn’t god make brussel sprouts taste like chocolate. It would have been a win/win 🙂
Why stop with brussel sprouts? Everything should taste like chocolate!
One can never underestimate the POWER of fudge brownies!
It’s like brownies have superpowers or something!
Yes I’ll eat the brussel sprouts too. Bwahahahahaha. Love it.
Have a terrific day. 🙂
It’s totally worth it for fudge brownies!
Well at least she gave Fraz an option. Sort of.
Yeah, I would have preferred a non-brussel sprouts option.
Brussels sprouts taste a whole lot better when cooked with bacon
I wouldn’t mind a bit of that, and the bacon and sprouts too 🙂
That’s probably true, but I think it would taste even better if you just forgot the sprouts.
ohh, this would be hard one for me, even with the beloved brownies for dessert! when I was an itty bit, like you Fraz, I did eat some sprouts, but the usually had to be smothered in cheese sauce. my tummy would still take a while to settle down after to enjoy the brownie. gosh, there has to be a better way to eat your vitamins & make veggies taste better… and chocolate sauce would not help something as horrid as sprouts! ( did you try to hide them under the plate or sneak them onto Winkys plate??) don’t tell Twink!!
I know what you mean! Cheese sauce would probably help. I tried putting them on Winky’s plate, but somehow they always come back to my plate. Hiding them didn’t work, either. Maybe we should get a dog. A dog that really likes brussel sprouts!
man i don’t know if brownies are worth suffering that.
It’s a close call, but Twink’s brownies are delicious!
You can pass them to me Fraz. I like Brussel Sprouts. Only if you’ll share your brownies though.
You and Andro can have all my brussel sprouts from now on, even if it does cost me a few brownies.
Cocoa beans were money to the ancient Aztecs. No wonder chocolate is so persuasive!
The Aztecs must have been pretty smart to discover chocolate!
Yes and when they got too hungry they ate their money too 🙂
If money was chocolate, we’d all be in the poorhouse.
Binky, is it a weekend of Sprout eating
because I am wondering how all those
trick or treaters will react to a large bowl
of them instead of sweets and lollipops?
Ahhh well they will just have to eat them
all up while Fraz and I enjoy the Fudge
That’s a great idea! We’ll give out the brussel sprouts to the trick or treaters, and eat all the candy and brownies ourselves!
Fudge brownies in the desert would be tricky lol 😉
You did not see a spelling mistake here, I repeat you did not see a spelling mistake!
I like Brussels sprouts, and I like brownies … but not together.
I’d like my brussel sprouts better if they were eaten by someone else.
Hey guys, I discovered your blog a little while ago (thanks to Debbie Adams) and I just love you!!! 🙂 I have an award for you on my blog, here’s the link! http://wp.me/p1PkGU-3h
Thank you, Cha! I love your paintings on your website. You have a very nice touch.
I love fudge brownies. Almost as much as Brussel Sprouts. Maybe I’ll try them dipped in fudge.
You love brussel sprouts MORE than fudge brownies?! Unbelievable!
Thats how I get my boy to eat veggies too.
Bribery is always a good tactic in the Food Wars.
Those must be some pretty powerful brownies. 🙂
Twink’s brownies make me into a Wombie zombie!
They are two pigs or some other animals, but I like brownies for sure
You’re calling us pigs?!
But they are really like pigs. oh ok, also like squirrels 🙂
I think I look more like a chipmunk, actually.
Hey, I’ll eat those brussel sprouts if he doesn’t want them!
That’s okay with me. Eat all you want!
A very good argument!
I think a better argument would be fudge brownies for supper, and more fudge brownies for dessert.
I would take nothing. Quite bold to be persuaded
But those brownies know how to taunt me!
I think I would have made the same choice because I LOVE brussel sprouts! W.C.C.
I’ll save my love for the fudge brownies!
the power of fudge!
Never underestimate the power of fudge!
