Headphones can have many uses, and you can even listen to music with them.
Our friend Doron put together a special collection of delicious Wombie chocolates for Valentine’s Day. A Wombantine! You can see more about it on Doron’s Wombie post on his art blog.
Ah the sound of silence. I use to wear unplugged headphones on planes to avoid having to make conversation with randoms 🙂
Morning Loon, hey take those headphones off I’m talking to you 😉 lol xxxx
She’s trying to ignore us!
That’s what I did, too!
I enjoy being in my own world! :OP
Yeah it’s a lot better than being in an adult’s world!
Randoms like me?
hahah Loon I did the same thing.
If I saw you on a plane I’d bug you even if you were wearing headphones!
I had a good laugh at this one Peter, and Fraz’s expressions say it all, actually I think I will invest in some headphones 🙂 lol
Brilliant cartooning as always 🙂
Thanks, Andro. Headphones can be useful sometimes.
t looks like Fraz drove Twink to start smoking! 😮
A lot of adults do that around me!
Watch out or you may inhale second hand.
I do my best to stay away from adults.
Fraz finally found a way to say, “I never heard you tell me I had do eat my sprouts!”
And it works really well too! No more sprouts for me!
Be careful. She may disguise the sprouts in dipped chocolate.
That would be evil!
But she may find it effective!
It’s still mean to treat chocolate that way!
….but a great way to treat sprouts!
I never thought about it like that.
LOL! They most certainly do.
Yep! They keep out all the bad stuff I don’t want to hear!
As someone with headphones perpetually stuck in his head, I connect with this comic!
What?? I can’t hear you!
Bwahahahahahahahahaha. Yep, they work just fine. May I borrow them?
Have a fabulous day. 🙂
Sure, as soon as Twink goes away!
I need to borrow those!
OK, you can borrow them too! They’re good at keeping the adults away!
If only they worked when my kids need something. They’ll yank ’em off me!
Luckily Twink didn’t think of doing that to me!
Fraz knows how to make old tech work for today!
I know lots of ways to keep adults away!
Ha, ha! We think alike. I used to wear my walk man at home so my father wouldn’t start telling me to do chores. 😉
Did it work? Maybe I should get one of those walk man things!
Great idea Fraz, erm Fraz, you still wearing them? 🙂 xPenx
I am but I can hear the people I want to hear!
I just picked up headphones for the kids Easter Baskets. I do hope though, that they’re not broken. 😉
Broken ones can still work good!
Now those are noise cancelling headphones!
They cut out everything I don’t want to hear!
I wish I had those headphones today visiting the dead sea… so deep down and the pressure singing in my ears…
I’ll fly them over to you so you can use them!
I heard that! Haha!
Don’t tell Twink!
Best way to ignore people, now for headphones that DO work, turn on some music make it look like she’s singing instead of yelling at you.
That works good! But now she wonders why I’m laughing at her!
The old saying ignorance is bliss certainly applies when you can’t hear nagging
It sure does! That’s why I wear those headphones a lot!
Fraz you are cool! Be my guru will ya??
Sure! That’d be cool! No one’s ever asked me to do that before!
Fraz you are brilliant!
Thanks! Yay me!!
I tried on some of mom’s earplug today and forgot I had them in…boy, did I get in trouble!
I’ll have to teach you how to get away with it!
HUahhaha it works for different purpose
And a better purpose, too!
I know someone who pretends to use headphones so she can listen to people’s conversations…
I guess that might be good too if you really want to listen to someone else!
