There’s not a lot of service in customer service these days.
Minus nine is pretty cold! Spraying the weatherstripping around your doors with silicone spray helps to prevent them from sticking.

Some places are just like that. They hate you and you know it. Some are great though.

Yes, there still are some businesses who know how to treat a customer, though they seem to be getting rarer all the time.
Having a real wombat would definitely be a challenge.
Customer service is horrible! What I really despise about it is that the word “consumer” is used now instead of “customer”. I feel consumer is so derogatory. I am a CUSTOMER!
Customer service has degraded a lot over the years. You’re right, we are now all just consumers.
PS – The wombat certainly loved the scrub on the belly and armpits! So adorable!

Isn’t that the truth? And a sidenote – If you’ve been hung up on after waiting for customer service here’s what’s happening……..they are timed on their calls and they will get in trouble for having long calls so if one takes too long or they can tell you are going to be a long call they can shorten their average by………..hanging up on you.
Really? I didn’t know that, but it does explain a few things. And all in the name of customer satisfaction, I’m sure.
Oh, isn’t this the truth, Peter! Great cartoon! I’ve been critiquing customer service a lot lately and haven’t been too happy with it. It’s almost like with all the technology people don’t know how to communicate in person. But you would think they would be properly trained. Well, I could go on and on but I won’t. 🙂 Have a great week!

Customer service probably isn’t the easiest job to do day after day.
