A chocolate a day keeps the doctor away. And it’s also pretty yummy.
Dark Chocolate. From good old google,
“Dark chocolate is loaded with nutrients that can positively affect your health. Made from the seed of the cocoa tree, it is one of the best sources of antioxidants on the planet. Studies show that dark chocolate (not the sugary crap) can improve health and lower the risk of heart disease.”
Very well put, Dave Google! Everyone should start the day with some dark chocolate.
I got my fix! No, I’m not talking about chocolate. I’m talking about another wombie comic. I was withdrawing from not having one on Thursday.
Sorry about that, Dave. Perhaps I should make some sort of recovery program to ease people’s withdrawal symptoms.
I think a recovery program would take more time to commit to than a second comic on Thursday.
You’re probably right. I guess you’ll just have to work through those withdrawal symptoms on your own.
I thought a chocolate a day attracts everyone….
It attracts Wombies, but almost everyone could use more Wombies.
I always thought that was
an apple a day, but hey the
chocolate a day works well
for me too so let’s go for it 🙂
Would you rather have an apple, or a chocolate? I suppose you could always have a chocolate coated apple.
Please please please! Don’t let my wife see this!
Every wife more than deserves her chocolate!
Nef, I think all wives
will be after the chocolate
coated apples after
seeing this wicked thought,
but hopefully there will be
enough left over for us too 🙂
An apple coated with
chocolate, and even a
nice pear too if I get
the chance, the list of
chocolate coated fruits
is endless so I think
your idea works really
well Twink 🙂 Yaaaaay
bring on the fruity chocs
Chocolate coated fruit sounds like a very good idea, Andro. I think I’ll try that. Fresh fruit and dried fruit would both work well.
Sorry, but as a Diabetic, that would send me to the doctor. 🙁
Yes, not so good for some people.
We can give you some diabetic chocolate instead Joyce, and as much fruit as you can eat too 🙂 Now that sounds fruitilicious to me 🙂
Good idea, Andro.
Ooh! A girl after my own heart!
Chocolate is the foundation of the best relationships!
I agree about starting the day with dark chocolate. My favorite kind of chocolate.
Have a fabulous day filled with chocolate. ☺
Dark chocolate always gets the day off to a good start.
A day without chocolate isn’t worth it!
I had chocolate over a friend’s house last night and it was packed with all sorts of anti oxidants. Dark chocolate is considered healthy if you stick to one small piece a day. 😉
Dark chocolate does have a lot of antioxidants which are very good for you. My small piece is about a kilogram a day.
As long as the choco is covering some kind of nut then I’m on board. W.C.C.
Nuts are good for you, too, so that’s a double bonus.
Depending how big the chocolate is. It might bring the doctor around sooner.
As long as you keep it around a kilogram a day, you should be fine. Well, for a Wombie at least.
I couldn’t agree more, Twink!
We should have some chocolate together!
That would be very nice, Twink!
Tea and chocolate biscuits on the beach!
See you there!
Don’t be late!
A Wombie is never late when chocolate’s involved!
That’s for sure! 🙂
No argument from me either, Twink!
Chocolate makes everything better.
Nor me Lauren 🙂 Yaaaaay
It may keep the doctor away but will it keep the dentist at bay?
It seems to as Wombies have no need for dentists.
Yes watch out for greedy
those dentists Tony 🙁 lol
I hope they don’t confiscate all my sugar!
Absolutely! And delicious, too.
I wouldn’t mind
a bit with you anytime
Red 😉 Hey… lol
I meant Red 😉 xxx
What else would you mean?
Thanks Twink how about two chocolates a day?
Sure, that’s even better!
Strictly speaking, it doesn’t quite keep the doctor away. It’s just that the doctor can’t get near you because of all the dentists.
Fortunately, Wombies don’t need dentists since our teeth grow continuously.
Seriously? I should have been a wombie! Chocolate for breakfast, lunch and dinner and never a worry because my teeth are growing continuously. Har!
Oh, wait a minute. But my stomach would be growing continuously too, wouldn’t it? Dang, foiled again!
Another advantage to being a Wombie is that we can consume a lot more chocolate than the average human without putting on much weight.
No way! Where do I sign up?
Binky was working on a Wombification machine, but I don’t think it’s finished yet.
I wouldn’t mind that :)…especially trying the spicy chocolate :)..
There are many types of chocolate that we can enjoy!
That’s fer sure. A big bowl of Coca Puffs or Cocoa Pebbles with a big glass of chocolate milk. Done and done.
A perfect breakfast!
What if you are a doctor?
That’d be a chocolate conundrum!
Bring out the choc doc 🙂 lol
I’m here! Deb gave me a Doctor of Chocolate a while back!
A doctor a day keeps the chocolate away, too!
(Okay, except maybe a nice healthy piece of dark chocolate…) 🙂
And that’s why we don’t want any doctors!
I love our new national anthem….
It’s my kind of song!
Isn’t it supposed to be a fruit a day?
Chocolate is a Wombie’s favorite fruit.
Hmmm…I wish I can do that too…a chocolate a day but I will gain a pound a day
Wombies are lucky in that we don’t have to worry about that with chocolate!
I am with you on this one! 😀 Alwayyyys. 🙂
Any sensible person would be!
Unless the doctor loves chocolate as much as you do!
That could be a problem!
Hi after a long time! 🙂
Hope you are doing good!
I fully agree with this quote. 🙂
Nice to hear from you again, Indrani.
