If exploring is fun, exploding is fun squared. It’s always a good day if you can blow something up. Especially with rockets.
I found one of my friend’s brother’s rockets behind a bush in their yard once. He said he had been looking everywhere for it since it fell out of the sky.
Rockets falling out of the sky sounds kinda dangerous. Sort of like around here.
Hmm, might want to swap that hat for something a little bit stronger Winky!
Mind where you aim boys, I hear those koalas have a nasty temper!
I guess no one likes to be shot at with rockets. We’ll make sure we aim only at open skies.
Couldn’t they strap themselves to the rocket and be BOTH?
That’s an excellent idea. Unfortunately we’ve been having some reliability problems with the rockets and Winky refuses to be the guinea pig.
How do I become a member!?!
If you bring your own rockets, you can join the Exploder’s Club.
That sounds like a fun club… is there a membership fee?
No membership fees, but you must BYOR (bring your own rockets). The bigger the better.
I’ll be right over with my arsenal of rockets. Bwahahahahaha.
Have a terrific day. 🙂
The more the merrier!
Ha! Exploder’s Club. Funny!
Exploding things is always fun.
Oh great, now they’ll get all patriotic and start targetting enemies of the state.
You don’t have to worry about that. Most of the exploding is when our rockets have malfunctions. We’re actually trying to get to space.
B’wana Winky’s got a propulsion compulsion!
Rocketry is in my blood.
They can be Space Explorers. Exploding certainly is more fun. As long as you’re not the explodee
Yes, unexpected rocket explosions (which we have a lot of) isn’t always a lot of fun. But a bad day with rockets is better than a good day with almost anything else.
What do you get when you cross a rocket and a wombat? ~~BOMBania (Har har)
I hope not too frequently, though, as there’s not a lot of us to go around!
At least it has nothing to do with eating beans. 🙂
No, but if you eat a rocket . . .
Man I know your right. rockets are the best.
You certainly won’t get any argument from me!
Rockets & explosions! my sons are on their way… oh, I do not know if they blew their wads over the 4th of July… but I am sure they can find replacements… maybe 1/2 price! More boom for your buck!
We can always use more rocket enthusiasts.
I have been launching rockets pretty much all my life. The past few years it has slowed down but we still have 15 or 20 in the barn and a bunch of engines to go with them. Mmmm. Maybe Sunday. The craziest thing we ever did was when I was a kid and we would build these simple rockets without parachutes. Just launched them up out of sight and they came back down like a bullet, burying themselves nose first into the ground. Never imagined we might fall victim to the old what goes up, must come down law. We got lucky and never had a close call.
I never knew you were a rocket enthusiast, Will. Sounds as if you’ve had quite a lot of experience, and a lot of fun, with rockets over the years. I guess with the winds, a rocket would be unlikely to return to earth to the same spot it was launched from. Any plans for a manned mission?
It sounds like a great club!! Can I join?
I want to be the first turtle on the moon 🙂
Certainly you can join, Kroten. I want to be the first Wombie on the moon, so maybe one day we can share a moon flight together.
Wait, are these rockets they love or missiles?
Well I love rockets, but I wouldn’t call them love missiles.
I love rockets too! Booooooom! 🙂
It’s hard not to love rockets. Well, at least I think so.
Rockets are the coolest.
sounds like a blast to me, Binky!
It is! Maybe one day we’ll put a camera in a rocket and get some high-altitude shots.
