Regular exercise is an important element of healthy living. Following Winky’s Workout Plan, doing five hundred situps can be a lot easier than you may think.
I just did about 50 situps tonight. By this count that is about 5,000. Very impressive if I may say so myself.

That’s a workout I can support.
And it doesn’t take too much time out of your eating, either!
Looks like Winky can’t fool Binky. But hey, who doesn’t do a little rounding up here and there to make things seem more impressive.
Absolutely! I also did 500 miles on the exercise bike. Give or take.
Yes i know what you mean Winky because i do a marathon every other day, it keeps me fitter than an athlete and I can eat as many wine gums and chocolate as I like 🙂
That’s exactly the way I exercise, too! I’m in much better shape than I look!
Yes and Winky likes to round up the figures on everyone’s wine gums as well, “Two for Me, One for You, Three for Me, One for You, Ten for Me, One for you” 🙂 I think that there is a bit of a pattern to that way of thinking too 🙂

Absolutely not Winky and I bet you have the same idea when it’s pancakes, spam, chocolate and jelly and peanut butter sandwiches? 🙂 I like all of those you know? 🙂

Yes I could use Wombiegoth as my middle name, I doubt if anyone would notice, especially if we are all tucking into those juicy wine gums, some super-delightful spam, pantastic pancakes, chompingly nice chocolate and phantomtastic jelly and peanut butter sandwiches so no problemo 🙂

500 is an impressive number, even if it was achieved by devious counting methods it still sounds impressive. It could also work by the mind over matter principal. If Winky’s mind THINKS he did the 500 then maybe the subconcious part of his metabolism will burn off all those extra calories

I think I might have felt a little bit of it. That’s when I quit!
I usually multiply by 100 then divide by 500. It’s rather complicated but gives my brain a workout too!!! Go Winky, got to keep that belly in shape!!!
You don’t keep a shape like mine without lots of work! Mostly eating, though.
Loon you are confusing everyone with your training regime, why not ditch that idea and just do twenty laps around wally World and then eat as many chocolates and wine gums as you like on the way back, it sounds good to me 🙂
Twenty laps divided by a hundred equals. . . oh, I think I’ll just eat the chocolate and wine gums.

I’m done! Three seconds by my rules equals five minutes. Unless it’s something really really good, then I think you should probably multiply it by 100.
Five sit ups sounds good to me.

I sat up in bed once today.
A hundred situps isn’t bad for an amateur, but you’ll have to work your way up to being able to do 500 like me.
I sat up a 1: 44 am and didn’t lay back down yet….Does that count?
That counts for a hundred, but you’ll have to keep doing that to beat me!
Way to work out Winky! Feel the burn… I think I’ll go do some Winky style situps right now. Pushups would be the same count too right?

Of course! And all other exercises, too! I walked 100,000 steps today! Mostly to the fridge and back.
It feels good to do 500 situps mentally or 5 situps physically – a workout that does not make one break a sweat! LOL!
A non-workout workout is always the best kind.
We count exercising the same way.
It’s the only way to count when exercising!
This is a great way to count sit ups – I love it!!
It makes your workout go so much faster!
I think I could say something like that.. I hate sports. I prefer eating: much easier.

Guilty of this! I cheat when I count my situps…I sneak in an extra imaginary 5 or 10…
