If you’re going to sit on the fence, you should at least choose a position that’s comfortable.
(This comic strip was previously published on August 24, 2009.)
Hey, psst Dave, you up? Bwhahahahahaha sleepy head.
I’m up, I’m up. Just a little too late 😐
Is your alarm clock broken? Maybe I could fix it for you.
I was up for about 1 1/2 before I came here. I was reading… a book.
But I thought this was the first thing you did when you woke up!
LOL Dave, excuses, excuses 😉
2nd thing and sometimes 14th.
First you don’t like wine gums, and now this!
I’m so unbelievable 🙂
I don’t know what to believe now.
Ouch. Glad you didn’t sit on the end of the pickets .
That would’ve hurt a lot more!
I think the important questions is, “Which side had the greener grass?”
The other side.
It’s always greener on the other side 🙁
And they have more wine gums, too!
Well, the other side has gummy bears, so it may be a win-win 😉
I guess we know which side each of us gets then!
It’s easier this way.
And yummier! For both of us!
Well, we’ll have to agree to agree. 🙂
I never thought this would happen in one of our discussions about Wine Gums and Gummy Bears.
Me neither! But this way we both get more of what we want!
Well of course it’s going to hurt if you sit on a picket fence.
Maybe I should try it on a different kind of fence.
How about a nice block or brick wall?
That would be better than a picket fence. But you know what I’d really like to see? A picnic fence! That’d be yummy!
Well, this is definitely true here in the states – unless you are one of the politicians making the rules.
I wanna be president and then I could make all the rules!
Very true, that was my first thought when I saw the first panel. Ouch.
I should’ve brought a cushion!
I recommend the padded fence.
That would have been a lot smarter!
OUCH! they live dangerously!!
I like to! I’m a pirate! Arrr!
And a Zombie Trapper and Trainee Vampy 🙂
Those too! And president one day soon!
Maybe this year will be
YOUR year Fraz 🙂 Yaaay
Maybe I could at least be president of my school class!
Do wombies use tooth picks? If so, don’t use a picket fence as a toothpick. You’ll regret it! 🙂
I won’t use toothpicks any more!
That was my first thought too. Yikes.
Have a terrific day. 🙂
I should put a chair on the fence!
there are way too many wise guys/gals here this am for me… I can’t stop laughin’…
I guess I’m lucky Binky’s not here!
Give you a case of the rhoids too!!
Emma who? lol
You could always sand off the pickets or put up a padded rail.
That’d be a great idea but I’m not so good with power tools. Maybe I can get Binky to do it!
I am sure he would be great at it. Even if you just use sandpaper, you can make sure you do not get any splinters.
I hope I don’t get any splinters when I’m sanding!
Me neither 🙁
I guess I could wear those heavy duty gloves.
Or get someone else to do the sanding? 🙂
That’s a much better idea! Do you like sanding?
Next time I’m going to look for a less pointy fence!
Ha, ha! I said ouch out loud when I saw the first panel. 😉
It was kind of ouchy. And we wombats have armor plated rears!
I bet it wouldn’t hurt on the flat side.
I didn’t see a flat side. I guess I should’ve looked better.
That is why they sat don’t straddle the fence.
That gives me an idea! I could make a fence saddle to straddle the fence!
I have this same problem when I sleep on either side of my bed of nails as well! W.C.C.
Bed of nails?? You must not get a very good sleep!
OUCH! That will hurt every time no doubt
You two Wombies sure have unique way of finding out things..the best way
It did hurt!
We like to try out things ourselves!
How about trying out some
of these Zombie chocolates next? 🙂
As long as they aren’t made with real Zombies!
No but they are made by Zombies,
which is just as bad I think? 🙁 Eeeeeuw
Probably! Little bits of Zombies probably fall off of them and end up in their chocolates!
Yes, I found that out the hard way. Picket fences are good for popping pimples, though!
I like to give things a dual purpose. Makes it more useful!
Fences are good for cracking coconuts, too!
Huahahahahaha! Very funny!
I think you should sit on those wall fence, I bet that won’t hurt at all.
A fence that looks like a wall? That would be a lot more comfortable.
Yup!! We have a lot like that here! although some of them put sharp glasses on top of it to prevent thief…you better stay away from that one
Yikes! That’d be worse than a picket fence!
OUCH… That does look kind of dangerous Winky 🙁 Hope the fence wasn’t too sharp for you two 🙁
It was sharper than I would have liked! Maybe a chainsaw could fix it!
Peter, and so funny too 🙂 🙂
BTW – Thank you for the buggy
photograph, the quality of the build
looks absolutely brilliant 🙂
Hope your car show was everything
that you hoped for Peter, I wouldn’t
mind a day out with those Lamborghini’s
and Ferrari’s 🙂 And a test drive would
be wicked to say the very least 🙂
You’re welcome, Andro. Too bad the sign wasn’t readable, though.
Yes, the latest car show was very nice, with some pretty rare and expensive machines.
Brilliant, it must have been an awesome day out. I agree about the sign on the buggy, I tried zooming in to read it but it just blurs, maybe it will be at another show sometime? 🙂
Have a wonderful Tuesday
Peter my great friend 🙂 🙂
There probably is a better photo of the buggy online somewhere, but I don’t know what to search for.
Silly wombies. Of COURSE it hurts! 😛
Well I had to try it to find out!
It was a brave idea Winky 🙂
Especially for me because I’m not usually too brave!
One word… Ouch!
LOL! I looked at the first frame and went “ouch! that must hurt! wonder what this is all about”….then I find out!
It was an ouchy one! Next time I’m bringing a pillow!
Make sure it’s nice and soft and not too bouncy 😛 that wouldn’t do either..lol
Maybe I should just learn not to sit on fences!
pointy pickets & bottoms just don’t mix
Especially big bottoms like mine!
Fence was definitivly not made for sitting on 😉
You’re telling me!
Fence sitting. For science.
