One song away from being famous.
I plagiarized in the 4th grade. The teacher wanted us to write a poem. I had no clue how to do this so I took a Merle Haggard song, changed the title slightly and the words just slightly and turned it in. I can’t remember what grade I got but I’m sure the teacher was on to me.
I just looked up the song. It is called Chill Factor and I changed the name to Wind Chill.
I think you should’ve sung it to her! Then you would’ve got a better grade!
That’s a neat story, Dave. I had to listen to the song as I’ve never heard it before.
Hang on, Weird Al Yankovic made a pretty good career out of doing that! Besides, I would really like to hear “When You Wish Upon a Car”
I need to talk to that weird guy then!
Anything that is worth anything is a lot of hard work. It’s the way of things.
Have a fabulous day. 🙂
Yeah. I think I need some chocolate.
Maybe sampling is the way to go . . .
That does sound better than stealing!
Originality is so overrated!
Yeah no kidding!
Maybe if you had made it about chocolate!
🎵When you wish upon a bar🎵
🎵Makes more chocolate, there you are🎵
🎵No other candy is the same🎵
🎵As the wishing chocolate baaaaaar🎵
That’s the best song I’ve ever heard!
Aw, come on, the lives of a few plagiarized words is not worth a hill a beans in this crazy world.
Oh, wait, did you say Disney? Tell me, how good is your legal team?
Maybe if we give them a few chocolates they won’t care?
I don’t know. Weird Al Yankovich sure gets away with it.
I need to find this weird Al guy!
Write a chocolate
and wine gum song
R2Gents wrote a really good chocolate song up there ^^^^!
I know, I think it could be a hit 😆
Winky and me are working on the music!
Nice try, Fraz, but stick to what you know.
I get stuck to wine gums sometimes!
Lol, you’re funny, Fraz!
Chris doesn’t usually think so!
I do 😂
You’re way more fun than Chris!
Good try, Fraz, but I think you can write a hit song all on your own. :)🎵🎶
I dunno. It seems kinda hard without a helper song!
I do think it’s a lot harder to write an original than one might initially believe. 😉
It is pretty hard!
