Guilt is a child’s most effective tool. Some times I’d flip several pages at once if I didn’t feel like reading for long. My youngest son David seemed to know all the books by memory & would never fail to remind me that I missed a page.
That’s a really neat trick
Fraz 🙂 I wonder if it works
with chocolates? We can
try that next time if you like
my young Vampy Fraz in
training 🙂 Yaaaaaaaaaaaay
This is a true story. My boy couldn’t care less about me during the day sometimes.
And then bed time rolls around and he doesn’t want me to leave the room.
Little ones learn how to get their way. Maybe your boy thinks there are monsters under his bed.
But you’ll look back with no regret!
Yes, you’re right.
Guilt is a great motivator and for some it works better than it does on others.
Have a fabulous day. ☺
It works for me!
What a tender story…………..sucker!
Chris always falls for it!
It’s the only motivation to get me to scrub the tub!
I’d never scrub the tub!
Sure is.
It works on Chris every time!
Works every time….
It sure does!
If it weren’t for guilt, hardly anything would get down!
That is probably true.
I bet Chris falls for that every time!
He always does!
This is so true. My kids are now too old to want stories. I wish I’d read them more when they were still young enough to enjoy them.
You can read me bedtime stories!
My reading style would certainly put you to sleep. 🙂
That’s ok. That’s what bedtime stories are supposed to do!

Us kids are smart! We know our stories! You shouldn’t try to fool us!
That’s a really neat trick

I don’t know how to make Chris guilty enough to give me chocolates!
We can try your new
Vampy hypnotising skill,
if it works correctly he
will give you an endless
supply of chocolates 🙂
Just think of a good word
to use when you want some
extras 🙂
I should try that! Chris should be easy to hypnotize. I think wine gums would be a good word!
I like Frazzies bedroom, very
colourful indeed 🙂 I am just
wondering what he was drinking
earlier? Something fizzy I bet 🙂
I like my bedroom too!
It was white chocolate milk. That’s what Chris calls it when he forgets to put in the chocolate. It doesn’t fool me!
No, that wouldn’t fool me either 🙁
I knew it wouldn’t!
