You’re not alone, Winky. We’ve all done the same thing! The serving size should be the whole box! It’s truly unfair, especially where chocolate is concerned.
Yeah, the whole box should be the serving size! It is for me at least.
When I was first diagnosed as diabetic, serving sizes seemed the hardest thing to learn. It did seem as if they tried to mislead you.
They make a serving size smaller than anyone would normally eat! That’s not fair!
How many were in the box?
Six or eight. I wasn’t really counting.
For your height that might be how many calories you need a day.
What?? You must be kidding. I need a super mega lot of calories to keep up my perfect figure!
