I can relate. I think about food to often too.
Have a fabulous day. 🙂
It’s hard not to think about something so important!
So do you wake up hungry or full? 😉
Starving! All those hours sleeping I only could eat in my dreams!
You got to get to the root of the problem that drives you to eat.
That would be chocolate. And wine gums. And Twink.
Think about brussel sprouts, that can really kill an appetite.
That would be cruel and unusual punishment!
At least you’re focused, Wink.
That’s true, I’ve very food focused!
Actually, I’ve lost 15 pounds by thinking about food. The problem is when we don’t think about what we are eating and blindly put food in our mouths.
That’s great! But I think I might have found the 15 pounds you lost.
