I am quite fond of chocolate. Been eating 75% because I’m ketoing.
Chocolate is good! I dunno what ketoing is. I hope it doesn’t hurt!
It would hurt you. I have to keep my carb count below 25 grams a day. Down 10 pounds in 10 days.
I’m not that big but as I enter my late 30’s that spare tire was getting a little bigger.
I could just count up to 25 and then stop counting!
