I think puppies may be worse. They can move about, so you never know where they’re going to leave their, um… business. At least babies stay in the same place at the beginning.
Well maybe puppies that are housebroken then!

Oh, Fraz, you were once a little baby, too, and I’m not sure if puppies would be easier. They’re cute, but at least babies wear diapers. 🙂
