Dishwasher Magic
If it wasn’t for magic, most things in the modern world wouldn’t function. At least according to some.
American artist Debbie Adams got Fraz a rare beach camel so he could explore the North Carolina beaches looking for pirate treasure. Deb’s original post can be seen on her art blog.
Wow that’s cool Winky is a genius.
I’m smarter than most people think!
Um, don’t stick your tongue in a outlet because I don’t think you want to feel the magic.
Yeah, that’s sparky ouchy magic!
I bet most people/wombies wished that Monday was hump day. 🙂
It doesn’t matter too much to me. Every day’s a good day for eating!
Thank goodness for the magic!
We couldn’t live without magic!
I usually have to call the magic repairman to fix mine.
That’s a smart thing to do. Whenever I try to fix something the magic doesn’t work anymore.
It’s funny, but I sometimes get that explanation not the magic part, the part about someone explaining how to operate it, when I’m interested in HOW it does what it does. The one that drove me crazy was the induction chargers… How do they work? you place them on or near the charger and they charge themselves… Gaaaah! All I wanted was to know how it was doing it without contacts.
I think the current flowing through the coil induces an electrical current in the other device. In much the same way as a transformer works. There is no physical connection between the two sides of the transformer (input and output), but the current creates an electrical field which is transferred over to the other side. Possibly by magical electrical fairies.
Your so smart, Winky!
Sometimes I’m smarter than I think!
Thank you for post my artwork on your site, Peter.
Fraz is riding high now!
You’re welcome, Deb. Fraz is riding high and ready for the camel races!
Your art work is always awesome Deb 🙂 xxxx
Especially when I’m in it!
You make my art extra special!
I Frazifiy it!
Yes, you do. You even make the camel look better!
Every camel should have a Fraz!
Does that mean all camel should be yours?
I dunno. That’d be a lot of camels! Maybe I could clone myself so every camel could have its own Fraz!
Well, we could enlarge on the little Fraz’s I put in the bottle that one time. I’ll get a larger hose out and make spray a bunch of you/clones all over Egypt
That’d work! There’ll be Frazs everywhere!
I’m sure glad you understood all that! Sorry I made such a mess typing.
I didn’t think there was anything wrong with it!
Your just too kind to me, Fraz, and for that you get an unlimited supply of milkshakes.
Yay! I better not drink them all before I go to bed though.
Great camel Deb… I wish we could all receive a pair of those leggings.. as it is cold here… beside Fraz don’t want to ride a sweaty camel before his election.
Humphrey Booboo (that’s my camel’s name!) says you can borrow his leggings any time you want Doron!
Thank you, Andro! xxx
You’re welcome Deb 🙂
I hope that your Tuesday
has been a lovely one
my sweet and dear friend 🙂
Andro xxxx
Magic is a very good thing. Yes it is.
Have a fabulous day. 🙂
I’d be lost without magic!
I’ll take a little magic around here. Too bad one has to spend time loading the thing.
http://joycelansky.blogspot.com/2014/05/mm-im-playing-our-song.html
Maybe you should get the dishwasher fairies to load it for you!
I’m a firm believer in magic. That’s how the Internet works, right?
Absolutely! Magic makes almost everything work!
Except for my paycheck. I actually have to work for that. No magic involved :O/
Maybe you could make money as a magician!
Splendid idea! Pull money out of a hat! Now if I can only find a magic hat…
If you find one of those magic hats I’d like one too!
Thank you for finally explaining!
You’re welcome!
Let’s hope a giant solar flare from the Sun doesn’t hit our power grid…..otherwise we will wish we had magic 🙂
We do have magic! It’s everywhere!
There’s nothing like a bit of magic for doing the dishes, and it beats the pots and plates in the bowl method every time 🙂
The magic dishwasher is a much better way to wash dishes that’s for sure!
And it gives us more chance to eat chocolate and wine gums while it’s doing the washing up for us 🙂
That’s right! Who couldn’t use more chocolate eating time?
Well you know how much
I enjoy eating chocolate 🙂
We should have a chocolate break!
Andro if magic is free on friday send it over to me… I have plenty washing up left over…
I will ask Fraz’s Genie to call over and wave her wand at your washing up, if you would like some extra chocolate treats just smile at her and she will fill your fridge with chocolate milkshakes and malteasers galore 🙂
Yeah Genie is really good at helping out like that! Just don’t get her mad!
It is frustrating that my dishwasher uses magic yet STILL requires expensive soap too? W.C.C.
So does ours! Maybe we need stronger magic?
This is the very reason I don’t want to be the only person left on Earth. I don’t even know how to use a microwave 😯
Even I know how to use the microwave! Well, okay, it does blow up sometimes.
We will show you how to
use a microwave Loon 🙂 xxxx
It might be better if you teach Loon because I’m a little iffy on it.
Yes I was thinking that you might be, so I have written down step by step instructions for the both of you. From now on you will both be geniuses at microwaving 🙂
Oh boy, thanks Andro! Now I won’t be afraid of the microwave!
I knew it!!
Yep! Magic runs everything!
It’s too complicated to explain unless you are Binky. You guys just have to have a strong appliance faith.
I do! If the appliances stopped working working I might starve!
But I’m sure there are leaves & grass in the yard Winky
Not very much grass is left after Binky’s rocket-powered flame thrower.
Oh yes I forgot about that. Looks like you’re reliant on the appliances then
It’d be hard to live without appliances.
We were in Hobart on the weekend & went to the local Sunday Markets. There was a lady at one of the stalls who was holding a baby orphan wombat all wrapped up in a blanket, He was so cute
That would have been nice to see. It’s hard to beat a baby wombat. I guess she was a wildlife carer. Either that, or she was trying to sell him!
Dishwasher elves. Duh.
I guess it could be!
Tesla is alive and well in Wombania too!
This may mean that the Internet really IS a set of tubes and wires though.
Big grin on this one Peter 🙂
The internet does actually run on steampunk technology, but you didn’t hear it here.
Hi Rachael I hope that you are being good, and if not then my paddle of wickedness awaits 🙂 xxxx
Smart gadgets making us dumber every day.
No! I’m already dumb enough!
Wow…I didn’t know that! Thank you Winky, i will tell that every time my students ask about it. I thought physics was behind that
I’m pretty sure it’s magic. Magic makes the world go round!
Hi Miss. Novia I hope that you are enjoying your week and eating lots of yummy treats 🙂
Here have a chocolate bar, it’s milk chocolate with a fudge and sprout centre, one of my specialities that I offered towards Winky’s new chocolate inventions 🙂 It’s proving to be very popular amongst vegetarians and sprout fans 🙂 xxxx
But not so popular with Wombies!
I’ll just take the milk chocolate without sprout centre
Me too! Andro can have the sprouts.
How does magic work? 😉
Magic works by magic!
Explain. 😀
Magic is magical, so it works by magical magic thingys that are magical. It’s kind of confusing really.
Like the Grandfather Paradox? 🙂
Um, yeah. If you say so.
Reminds me of a question I asked my mother…
“How did people make rice before microwaves were invented?” 😉
I don’t know! I couldn’t.
I had suspicion for years that microwaves grown in South East Asia but was afraid to say… thanks Bill
I checked. You’re right! That’s where ours comes from!
I always suspected that.
Magic runs just about everything!
