Someone needs to invent an automatic exerciser to address this deficiency.
That was supposed to be what the Ab-tronic and all those other EMS’s were for. Somehow, they didn’t work out.
It’s obviously a lot more difficult into tricking the muscles to do work than it would seem. More R&D is needed. Preferably chocolate-fueled R&D.
Ah, but Juan Valdés will never allow that! Coffee has to retain the monopoly of R&D fuel!

I’ve had quite a few of those contraptions to loose weight. Using them more than once is always the hard part. 🙂
That’s why you can always buy exercise equipment in brand-new condition at garage sales. Hardly anyone uses it more than once or twice.

It can be. The trick is to find some exercise you enjoy, then it’s not exercise, it’s fun.
