Who can sleep when there’s chocolate chip cookies that need to be eaten? The call of the cookies is hard to resist, especially if you’re a Wombie named Winky.

Yeah they call to me too when the bag is open. My solution is not to buy them in the first place. Thing is there are lots of other shoppers in the house so they find their way home to me.
Cookies are attracted to me, too! I’m like a cookie magnet. I guess cookies just like us. Or maybe it’s the other way around.
That’s what I have to do too Will. I tell Michelle just don’t buy them. Or chocolate or ice cream… My 3 biggest weaknesses
But if you don’t buy them, you can’t eat them!!
Hmmm… That is a major problem. Maybe I will have to buy them & just take an extra anti-cholesterol pill each day…
And if you took a negative-calorie diet pill, too, you could probably eat even more cookies!
Those wombats have a huge sweet tooth!
I don’t have a sweet tooth! I just really like cookies. And chocolate. And wine gums. And cake, and fudge, and. . . Well, maybe I do.
Hmm, I wonder what sound chocolate chip makes when it calls to you. Is it different than say vanilla wafers?
Every type of cookie has its own call, just like birds do. I’m an expert at telling them apart. And hearing them, too, since not everyone can hear cookies calling.
Yes Winky it’s like music from the Stars… How do you mean where did I get that idea from? Well I will tell you, it is like Fudge calls to us in a Fudgey-Way, while Chocolate is more like a Choco-Way and Milk is like, well you know it is a Milky-Way 🙂 I hope you are hearing that deliciously sounding music Winky? 🙂

I can ignore the biscuits, but if there’s a block of chocolate nearby…….

It must be a sixth sense. Unfortunately I’m not quite that intuitive, so I have to keep my stash locked up. Safety first, you know! 🙂
The last time I locked up my cookies I lost the key and had to chew through the lock. Locks don’t taste very good.
Winky you need to buy some Choc-Locks and that way you can enjoy eating your way through them when the keys goes missing, actually you can enjoy eating them when the keys don’t go missing too, so how about that for an all win situation? 🙂
Choc-Locks sound like a good idea since I’m always losing my keys, but I don’t think they’d keep anyone else out because they could eat through the locks too! They still sound delicious, though.

Hmmm… I deleted your feed & re-subscribed but nothing more recent than the 500 Situps comic is showing up. Strange…
The feed seems to be working for me, so I’m not sure what the problem is. These problems can be a bit frustrating when you can’t find out what’s wrong.
Yes I’ve resubscribed several times now & it’s still ot working. I might try a different feed reader & see what happens
I was using Feed Demon which syncs with Google Reader. I installed RSS Owl & your feed works fine on that one. Maybe it’s a Google Reader problem???
Thanks a lot for trying, Tony. I guess it could be a problem with the Google reader. I wonder what they do differently? I looked at everything I could think of on my site, and there didn’t seem to be anything that I could do to change the RSS feed. A lot of people use Feedburner which I don’t; maybe I should try it.
that feeder never likes me either… I vote you add subscribe by email along with it… my eyes can read those much better.
Thanks for letting me know, Faythe. I suspect others might be having problems, too. I’ve just added the Feedburner feed, so that might work better. I’ll try to add an email subscription, too.

An open bag of wine gums isn’t a problem around here since they get devoured as soon as they’re opened.

chocochip cookies do not have a chance with me either… I swear I can hear them chanting my name… Can I expect the wombie clan for thanksgiving here in the states? I am serving roast turkey with chocolate glaze, chocochip cookie-stuffing and fudgey-sauce as the gravy. I hope it is not over kill on the chocolate them???

Winky, you have to learn the rules. You have to sneak and eat them. I have learned that if my wife doesn’t see me eat somethin’ then it ain’t bad for me.

Wombats surely have a sweet tooth! When I was in my teens, I used to fight with my brothers over some chocolates that I knew were mine but they “eated” it when I was asleep.
That’s why I have a safe for my chocolates!
