Binky should know better than to connect him directly to the lights; there should be a battery! (as in a thing to store energy; we don’t need any Fraz clones, thank you)

Fraz likes the sound of that. A Human Powered Wheel! The more you run, the more TV you can watch. Should help solve the obesity problem and the the shortage in generating clean electricity at the same time.
Seems like a government program to me,,,, working hard and getting nowhere
Consider it another tax. You must run in your wheel for an hour every day, for the benefit of your country. You do love your country, don’t you?
