I think a brilliant cake would be a star-shaped pancakes layered with cream cheese frosting with crushed wine gums and shaved chocolate swirls. Pierce the cake from top to bottom and drizzle with chocolate sauce, so it soaks through the piercings to the bottom layers…about seven layers.
