Maybe I should try it on a different kind of fence.
How about a nice block or brick wall?
That would be better than a picket fence. But you know what I’d really like to see? A picnic fence! That’d be yummy!
Well, this is definitely true here in the states – unless you are one of the politicians making the rules.

You could always sand off the pickets or put up a padded rail.
That’d be a great idea but I’m not so good with power tools. Maybe I can get Binky to do it!
I am sure he would be great at it. Even if you just use sandpaper, you can make sure you do not get any splinters.
I hope I don’t get any splinters when I’m sanding!

That is why they sat don’t straddle the fence.

Yup!! We have a lot like that here! although some of them put sharp glasses on top of it to prevent thief…you better stay away from that one
