Damn, wish I’d known about this diet 5- 6 weeks ago when I cut out booze to try and lose my beer belly – would have been a lot more fun keeping the booze and running backwards instead !!!
If you could sleep through all your meals, that should help you lose weight, but you’re probably right. You’d just end up eating more when you wake up.
Winky on Food by Mail: “That sounds like a good diet to me! The shampoo bottle should have been more specific. Like, repeat ten times…” Aug 27, 13:28
David on Food by Mail: “Instructions: Eat, belch, repeat. When I had hair, I had to ignore the shampoo bottles that say, ” Lather, rinse,…” Aug 27, 13:06
Winky on Food by Mail: “Better instructions and a WAY bigger box!” Aug 27, 12:30
H. Stacy on Food by Mail: “That was a small box. They should have provided better instructions!” Aug 27, 11:27
Winky on Food by Mail: “I need to order more food before I starve to death!” Aug 27, 10:07
Winky on Evil Gravity: “I’ll have to ask Binky about the gravity stuff. But if the earth was a big flat round cookie, I…” Aug 24, 15:24
Fraz on Self Punishment: “I’m still waiting for my cookies. I think it’s gonna be a long wait.” Aug 24, 15:21
David on Evil Gravity: “Winky, have you thought about what it would be like if there were no gravity? That’s what the *flat-earthers say.…” Aug 24, 15:20
I think Binky in his ultimate wisdom has this a bit skewed… though it would make a ton of $$ on a tv commercial!
It’s not my fault Winky misinterpreted what I said! Though the “Speed of Light Diet” probably could make some money as an infomercial.
I like my wombies to be cuddly
I’m cuddly!
now i want a wombie hug 🙂
Free Wombie hugs for all special agents!
yay!!!
So Einstein is to blame for me being fat?
Yes, you could say that.
But I won’t say that, because I’m not going to say you’re fat!
A wise Winky 🙂
Sometimes I’m smarter than I look.
Slow down faster Winky!
I’m slowing down as fast as I can!
Too much Science, Winky. You would have more fun at the beach.
The beach sounds like a much better idea!
Ah!!! good theory…that means I should stop moving around so fast to lower my weight 😉
You need to move backwards to lose weight. Can turtles swim backwards?
If those wombats keep getting any smarter they are going to put this Scholar out of business!
I wouldn’t worry about that. You’re the highest rated Dummy I know.
Oh that’s a relief. Hey, wait a minute! :-X
That was meant as a compliment!
Actually, Binky may be on to something. You definitely burn more calories when you run backwards!
When you run backwards, you generate negative calories which I could use quite a lot of.
I used to think that I could travel back in time by going the wrong way on a treadmill. Let me know if it works. 🙂
So far I’m still in the present, although sometimes people tell me I’m not really here.

Perhaps you can still employ this diet in order to maintain you new svelte self.
Hahaha…
now this sounds like a perfect excuse to take a nice long nap!
🙂
I think it might be too much to ask for that napping will slow you down enough to lose weight. Though I am willing to give it a try.
Hahaha…
maybe if I sleep through a snack or two? Nah. I’d probably just have three or four to make up for the ones I missed during my nap.
🙂

Uuugh, great. W/ my wonky ear I can’t even use the treadmill, let alone BACKWARDS!
To be honest, the reverse treadmill diet doesn’t seem to be working for me either.
So if this proof as to why I shouldn’t run?

Slow is better, backwards is best!
good to see winky using science for something useful for once 🙂
Science has always been my favorite scientific subject.
Ha! Moving forward in reverse.
It’s the only way to fly! Or lose weight.
