One of our dogs is small enough to be held, about 18 pounds. He likes to jump up into your arms, but has never tried the top of the head trick. Don’t give him any ideas!
Sometimes you can be standing talking to someone and make a motion or something that he interprets as an invite to jump up. But of course he is mistaken and you are not ready for him and he bounces off your chest and back to the floor. People find it quite funny although he might disagree.
So if I stand on Daddy’s hed will I get betta wetha too???
Yes, weather is generally better the higher off the ground you are. So I’d recommend standing on Daddy’s head the next time he takes you for a walk.
Unfortunately Daddy would probably get rain. haha
I assumed Dixie was house trained. Daddy might have to wear one of his hats.
I am intrigued as to how you do your characters Peter. They always look so 3 dimensional. Do you use a special programme?
The characters and props are all 3D models made in Animation Master. Sometimes I combine that with a photograph used for the background as I did here.
Doh!!!
It automatically still had Dixie’s details in the comment fields again…
I think Dixie may be secretly planning to make her own comic strip.
Wombat head surfing….cool!!!!
Now if I could only get Chris into the water. . .
Good cartoon strip. 🙂
Thanks, Indrani. Your photography site is very interesting.
Isn’t it a little late in the season to be wearing Wombats?
Perhaps down South, but up here Wombies are fashionable all year long.
So I guess it would be out of the question for me to climb up on the very top?! 🙂
You’re welcome to try, but I’m not responsible for any fights resulting from attempts to be king of the hill.
Give ’em a inch, they want a mile. 😀
Yeah, they’ll climb all over you if you give them the chance.
I hope for Chris’ sake Fraz didn’t tread in anything on the sidewalk
Since Wombies walk around barefoot, they’re pretty careful where they walk.
Fraz is very brave. My partner dislikes even driving over the Burlington Skyway.
Fraz would agree.
There can be some pretty high winds on those bridges which makes driving on them precarious at times.
If I offer Fraz a bite of chocolate, do you think he would let me stand on his head?
I’m sure he would, though the height advantage you’d gain by standing on his head might not be worth it.
Don’t sneeze 🙁
That’d be one way to get Fraz off his head.
Fraz has some pretty good balance!
Fraz has superpowers!
Well, at least he’d like to think so.
We are growing, growing high and higher! 🙂
Climbing atop someone’s head is a quick way to grow up!
awesome 🙂
🙂 :)!
🙂 🙂 🙂 🙂 🙂 :))
Nothing like the view from the top. And he will eat them all on the first day.
Yep, the view is always better from the top. (And I thought your character wouldn’t pace himself!)

Yes, the image of a chest-bouncing dog does sound quite funny!
Ha,ha,ha! That’s what I will call standing tall.
Standing tall on someone else’s legs!
