A moisturized weightlifting wombat? Lucky Winky doesn’t climb trees 🙁
Climbing trees would be too much like work, with or without hand cream, for Winky. Plus he has a fear of heights.
What would that make weight-lifting then?
Since weightlifting results in nothing actually being achieved (other than the exercise benefits), it doesn’t really seem like work. And for a strong Wombie like Winky, it’s more like fun.
I guess he thought it would keep his hands/paws soft & supple for the lift. Supple hands are efficient hands.
Yes, but apparently too much hand cream equals more efficiency than you’d want for weightlifting. More like weight-throwing.
Mabe Winky should just stick with the treadmill?
That might be a good idea, but Winky has had problems with the treadmill, too.
Maybe if he would see the music video “OK Go – Here It Goes Again” he would change his mind 🙂
Wow, that’s a neat video! Some very impressive treadmill acrobatics. But if Winky tried anything like that, he’d end up on the floor.
Especially because Winky tends to lotion up the feet too.
Now Winky’s secret of supple feet is out!

Good advice! Mine is, never to use that shiny stuff you polish down your car’s dashboard with on your steering wheel. I’ve only made that mistake once. 🙂
And hopefully you and your car didn’t end up somewhere you didn’t want to go.
That stuff is also not recommended for floors. Wheeee!

Winky has really dry skin in the winter, and he always washes his hands before he eats (which is often) which dries out his hands even more. So he does use hand cream, but probably wouldn’t tell you that he does.

Yes, you could be Aak! – Splat! It would not be a pretty sight.
As SpilledInkGuy mentioned above, it’s probably not a good idea to have Winky spot you.

Yes, hire a maid to make the meals and wash the dishes (someone other than Winky) so you can concentrate on more important things like eating.
