The Power of Willpower
Willpower can be hard to find for a lot of people. And hard to define for some.
(This comic strip was previously published on October 26, 2009.)
Our friend Andro drew a picture of Fraz and Bearman for Bearman’s Bearman’s Charity Challenge. Add a post about the challenge on your blog, and make Bearman cough up $5. Visit his website for the details. Andro’s original post can be seen on his Bearman Challenge 2014 post. (Click on the picture to see a bigger version.)

Ugh, I came to your site to escape but you just reminded me I need to get to work. Thank! Thanks a lot!
I like to work at eating good snacks!
Fraz what do you mean Winky doesn’t know the meaning???
He already explained it to you in panel 1…
No one ever listens to me!
Twink doesn’t look surprised
at this information does she? 🙂
I am rarely surprised at what Winky says these days.
Thank you for adding my Bearman Charity Challenge drawing Peter, it is always worth making an effort towards his excellent campaigns, especially as Bearman is so supportive of charities, and of course splashing out his cash to prove it 🙂
Bearman is a great guy
but we already knew that 🙂
You’re welcome, Andro. We better not let Bearman hear this, or it might go to his green head.
I see Winky is sat watching his favourite programmes and munching on something whilst offering his thoughts on willpower 🙂
Winky might have all the right answers but he certainly knows how to enjoy himself in front of the television 🙂
Might NOT have all the right
answers I meant to say… Grrrrrrr
What do you mean NOT? I have the right answers lots of times! Especially about food. I’m kind of an expert on that.
Speaking of will power, I need to get offline and wash my breakfast dishes.
Leaving you with a plate of brownies
I’ll wash your dishes for a plate of brownies!
Dishes are done, but you can have more brownies anyway!
You drive a hard bargain, but okay!
Willpower ain’t got nothing on TV.
I have a lot of willpower to watch TV!
I’m running on Billypower. Willpower is for grownups who have to pay bills and such!
Billy is much more fun! And he has a lot more chocolate, too!
My Billy’s powered with beer! Later we have chocolates!
I’m powered by milkshakes!
I have the will power to eat about a pan of brownies right now. You want one too….of course you do!
I have lots of willpower when it comes to eating brownies too! Of course I want some!
Billy or will I have none …. Now pass me a double chocolate chip cookie 🙂
With a milkshake and some wine gums too!
I thought Winky explained it very well.
Have a fabulous day. 🙂
I thought I did too!
Winky Billypower sounds good to me – who cares for willpower anyway?
I sure don’t because it usually means you can’t have something you want!
I’m pretty good with willpower. Of course that wasn’t always the case. Old age does me good in some ways. 🙂
I’m good at ignoring willpower!
Who wants to think about ‘WILLpower’ anyway … leave that estate planning stuff to the Wombie-lawyers.
I don’t like to think of that stuff, so I’ll just have some chocolates.
What’s next? Williampower?
That’s sounds way to sophisticated for me!
I think I like Billy Power more than Will power.
http://joycelansky.blogspot.com
So do I! Billy is a lot easier to agree with.
Haha! Very clever!
Twink didn’t think so!
Oh you’ve got plenty of it!
Billypower? Probably!
I planted few acres of willpower this morning lets see whats I am going to get… in a year time.. Could not find any seeds of Billy power though.. where do you get them?
I have lots of Billypower! I’ll send you some in your next chocolate shipment. It’s way more fun than willpower!
In Winky’s defense, you did ask during TV time… 😉
Yeah, that’s no time to ask me anything!
Huahahahahaha that’s a good one!!
Good joke, Peter
Thanks, Novia!
Will sounds like a boring fellow, eh, Winky?
Yeah, especially when he’s always telling you what you shouldn’t do.
Fraz you have to read between the lines.
I tried to but I got lost!
